A little conscience on your shoulder
A Guide sets the Meal Plan. Kreekit makes sure you actually follow it.
Most tools wait to be opened. Kreekit does the opposite: it reaches out every day, asks how the day went, and rewrites the Meal Plan when the Meal Plan turns out to be the problem.
Nutrition plans work today. The loop doesn't care what the Meal Plan is about.
Morning. Today: oats and yogurt, chicken and rice at lunch, whatever you want at dinner under 700. How did yesterday go?
skipped lunch again, work thing. had two beers.
Third Tuesday in a row. I don't think you're weak-willed, I think lunch is scheduled wrong. Moving it to 11:00 and telling your Guide.
Three moving parts. One of them is you.
Nobody installs anything new. The Guide uses the AI tool they already work in. The Sprout just answers messages.
The Meal Plan gets written
Kreekit connects to the Guide's own AI tool and interviews them: what the Sprout can't eat, what they won't do, how the week actually looks. The Meal Plan comes out of that, not a template.
The Nudge arrives
Every day, unprompted, wherever the Sprout already reads messages. The Nudge carries the day's Meal Plan with it, so following it never requires opening an app.
You chirp back
One sentence is enough. What you ate, what you skipped, what went sideways. It's a Chirp, not a form: closer to a text than a food diary.
Miss three days and the Meal Plan is the problem, not you.
A Meal Plan you can't follow isn't a plan, it's a wish. Kreekit watches the Chirps pile up, finds the part that keeps breaking, and changes it, then tells the Guide what it changed and why.
It also talks like whoever it's talking to. Terse if you're terse. Gentler after a bad week. It picks up your sense of humour and eventually uses it against you.
- PLANThe Guide decides what a good week looks like.
- NUDGEKreekit shows up before you'd have thought about it.
- CHIRPYou say how it went, in as few words as you like.
- ADJUSTThe Meal Plan bends toward the life you actually have.
Two roles. Sometimes one person.
The Guide never chirps. The Sprout never touches the Meal Plan. You can be both, but the roles stay separate, which is the only reason the accountability means anything.
Guide
Connects their AI tool, answers the Interview, sets the Meal Plan, reads what came back. Never has to chase anyone.
Sprout
Gets Nudged, chirps back, follows a Meal Plan that keeps adapting. No app, no dashboard, no streak to protect.
Both
Write the Meal Plan on Sunday as the Guide. Get asked about it on Wednesday as the Sprout. Sunday-you is harder to argue with.
A Guide with more Sprouts than hours
Twelve people, twelve Meal Plans, twelve daily conversations you were never going to have. Kreekit has them and brings you the summary.
A Meal Plan with rules that can't bend
Intolerances, restrictions, things you flatly won't eat. It goes in the Profile once and every Meal Plan after that respects it.
Guiding yourself, badly
You know what to do. You've known for years. What's missing is somebody asking whether you did it.
Reasonable doubts
Do I need to install an app?
The Guide connects Kreekit to the AI tool they already use. The Sprout answers messages where they already read them. Nothing new to open.
What happens if I ignore the Nudge?
It notices, and it asks again differently. Silence is information too: a week of it usually means the Meal Plan needs changing more than you do.
Can I lie to it?
Yes. Everything it knows comes from what you tell it, so lying mostly costs you a Meal Plan that fits. It's not a judge, it's a record.
Is this only about food?
Nutrition plans are what works today. The loop itself is indifferent: any Meal Plan you can write down is one Kreekit can hold you to.
Who can see my Chirps?
The Guide who set your Meal Plan. If you're your own Guide, nobody else does.
What does it cost?
Nothing to join the waitlist. Pricing lands before the first Guides do.
Be the one who sets the Meal Plan.
We're onboarding Guides first. Tell us who you'd put on a Meal Plan and we'll get you in early.
No launch emails. One message when it's your turn.
